Job Description:
- We are giving an opportunity to reliable and diligently experienced virtual assistants to handle product orders and direct client engagement and support.
- The diligent candidate will be saddled with the responsibility of managing client product orders, handling schedules, assisting in revenue drive, resolving order complaints and ensuring smooth daily service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer orders and enquiries, schedule meetings, and appointments with prospective customers.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and any other official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, memos, and documents as applicable.
- Maintain proper filing of customers and record-keeping of new orders.
- Assist in driving product orders through revenue generation and follow up on new client leads.
Requirements:
- Polite, courteous, and guest-friendly
- Discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Highly organized and proactive
- Ability to work and meet set goals without much supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND / BSc Degree from any reputable institution. Tech skills are an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience as a virtual assistant. Experience in the e-commerce sector is a huge advantage.
- Ability to turn leads into customers, which must be demonstrated during the recruitment phase.
- Have a digital footprint that is void of controversy and a responsible online profile.
- Proficiency in virtual assistant tools.
- Ability to multitask and work remotely without supervision.
- Professional communication and attitude.
