Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative / Customer Service Officer to support daily operations and ensure excellent client experience.
- The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal and external communication, and using Microsoft tools to maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Handle official email correspondence and follow up on requests promptly
- Coordinate communication with service providers, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare reports, memos, and internal documentation using Microsoft tools
- Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation
- Support day-to-day office and customer service operations
- Ensure a professional and empathetic approach in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the medical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.
Salary
