Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and intellectually elite Supply Chain Trainees to join the Tranos Thinkers Trainee Program in Lagos. In a world-class manufacturing environment, success is defined by "Logistical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize engineering principles with the clinical precision required for procurement, inventory governance, and lean production flow. This program is designed for "Systems Architects" (Engineering Graduates) who can blend "Analytical Grit" (interpreting data and reports) with the "Operational Agility" required to contribute to innovative projects and global-impact solutions.

Requirements:

1. Value Chain Orchestration & Analytical Logic

• Intelligence Sovereignty: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to build a "Source of Deep Understanding" across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Data Synthesis: Utilize Microsoft Excel and analytical frameworks with clinical precision to interpret reports and provide the "Analytical Foundation" for business decisions.

• Workflow Architecture: Support the development of lean supply chain models that act as a "Source of Efficiency" for Tranos' global-impact projects.

2. Procurement Resilience & Technical Integration

• Sourcing Logic: Apply core engineering and applied stream principles to the procurement of industrial components, ensuring every input is a "Source of Quality."

• Logistical Synergy: Coordinate synchronously with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure "Just-in-Time" material availability for complex production cycles.

• Process Stewardship: Maintain millimetric attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the movement of goods and information.

3. Innovation Diplomacy & Team Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Contribute to innovative engineering projects, acting as a "Source of Fresh Perspective" in solving complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field from a recognized tertiary institution.

• Academic Excellence: Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent GPA.

• Status: Must have completed NYSC at the time of application.

Core Competencies

• Technical Grit: Strong foundational knowledge of core principles in your applied engineering stream.

• Digital Agility: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a high level of comfort with data analysis.
