Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory & Fulfillment Officer to join our operations team in Ojodu Berger. You will be the backbone of our order processing and fulfillment cycle, ensuring that every customer receives the right product, on time, and in perfect condition. This is a high-responsibility role that demands a sharp eye for detail, the ability to manage real-time logistics, and a commitment to maintaining precise inventory records. Requirements:

• Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end processing of orders—from picking and sorting to meticulous packing—ensuring 100% accuracy in product specifications and quality before dispatch.

• Logistics Coordination: Orchestrate daily delivery schedules with drivers, monitor delivery progress, and proactively resolve any delays or failed delivery attempts.

• Inventory Control: Execute routine stock counts, manage inventory reconciliation, and maintain accurate records of all stock movements. You will be the primary contact for reporting low-stock levels, damaged goods, or discrepancies to management.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive, error-free logs for orders, deliveries, returns, and expenses, ensuring all digital records in our system are current.

• Quality Assurance: Act as a final quality checkpoint, inspecting all items before they leave our facility to uphold our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce operations, order management systems, and proficiency in record-keeping/reporting.
