Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and agile Logistics Officer to join our team in the Lekki Free Zone. In this critical supply chain role, you will be the engine driving our operational efficiency, managing the end-to-end movement of goods from complex port operations and documentation to final delivery. If you are a resourceful, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of import/export regulations and experience in high-stakes materials management (including oilfield assets), we invite you to anchor our logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Operational Coordination: Manage base operations, including the rigorous validation and revalidation of all inbound and outbound goods to ensure accuracy.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Execute end-to-end processing of Form M and PAAR, ensuring full compliance with customs and import/export legislation.

  • Port & Forwarding Liaison: Coordinate directly with freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure seamless port operations and timely clearance.

  • Logistics Planning: Oversee shipment scheduling, resource allocation, and route optimization. Implement robust contingency plans to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Materials Management: Manage specialized oilfield materials, including the precise handling and storage of OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods).

  • Dispatch & Reporting: Ensure the timely dispatch of all validated goods and maintain consistent weekly logistics performance reporting for management.

  • Risk Management: Monitor supply chain processes for safety compliance and proactively manage risks to maintain regulatory integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or port operations.

  • Licensing: Must be able to drive and possess a valid Driver’s License.
