Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, commercially astute Store Manager to lead our Simba Den Experience Centre. As the operational and cultural leader of the store, you will be the face of our brand, setting the gold standard for every customer interaction. This is a visible leadership role where you will own the store’s revenue targets and be responsible for cultivating a high-performance team of consultants. If you are a sales-driven leader with a passion for premium retail, technology, or energy solutions and possess the ability to motivate teams while maintaining operational excellence, we want you to manage our flagship customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Experience Centre Consultants. Conduct regular briefings, one-on-one reviews, and provide the constructive feedback necessary to drive excellence.

  • Commercial Ownership: Own the store’s P&L and revenue targets. Implement proactive strategies to ensure your team consistently meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Customer Experience: Champion a "customer-first" culture. Ensure every visitor receives a premium experience and handle complex escalations to resolution with professionalism.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the "Simba Den" standard. Oversee the store’s ambiance, presentation, and brand integrity while ensuring strict compliance with CRM, reporting, and sales administration processes.

  • Staff Governance: Manage attendance, conduct, and professional grooming standards, ensuring the team remains a cohesive, high-performing unit.

  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate effectively with back-office and logistics teams to ensure seamless post-sale delivery and installation for our customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. A proven track record in leadership is the primary requirement.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in retail or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Experience in solar, energy, premium appliances, or tech retail is highly advantageous.
