Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This 3-month remote internship is an ideal launchpad for someone eager to learn the mechanics of high-volume hiring, candidate management, and HR operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring our recruitment pipeline remains organized and that every candidate receives a timely, professional experience.
Requirements:
Candidate Screening: Review and screen incoming resumes to identify top-tier talent for open roles.
Coordination & Scheduling: Manage recruitment calendars, coordinate interview times between hiring managers and candidates, and handle all related logistics.
Documentation Support: Assist the HR team in preparing and maintaining essential hiring documentation and compliance records.
Follow-Ups: Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidates, ensuring consistent communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring cycle.
System Maintenance: Keep our recruitment database and records up-to-date and accurate to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and general hiring processes.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
Organizational Rigor: Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple scheduling tasks simultaneously.
