We are seeking a strategic yet execution-focused People Operations Lead to anchor our HR function during a period of significant growth. You will be the architect of our workplace culture and the engine behind our talent strategy. We need a professional who does more than just "administer" HRyou will build scalable systems, drive accountability, and partner with leadership to ensure our most valuable asset our people are engaged, developed, and aligned with our organizational goals. Requirements:

• Strategic Talent Management: Own the full employee lifecycle, from high-impact recruitment and onboarding to long-term talent development and retention.

• Performance & Accountability: Design and implement robust performance management systems that drive results and foster high-performance behaviors.

• Cultural Leadership: Drive initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture, boost employee engagement, and ensure we remain a preferred employer.

• Operational Excellence: Develop and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks to ensure consistency and compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws.

• HR Analytics & Reporting: Transform raw HR data into actionable insights and workforce analytics to inform management decision-making.

• Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to conduct effective workforce planning, manage organizational design, and resolve complex employee relations/disciplinary issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth sectors such as consulting, education, technology, or professional services.
