Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee the full employee lifecycle at our facility in Ikeja. In this role, you will be the bridge between our business goals and our people, managing everything from strategic recruitment and payroll administration to compliance and employee engagement. We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with deep experience in manufacturing or printing environments who understands the unique operational demands of these industries. Requirements:

• Talent Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, oversee seamless employee onboarding, and resolve complex employee relations matters.

• Compensation & Benefits: Lead the administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and accurately processed.

• Payroll & Record Keeping: Support the end-to-end payroll process and maintain impeccable, confidential employee records.

• Compliance & Policy: Ensure total compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.

• Performance & Culture: Coordinate performance management cycles and lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative environment.

• HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR metrics and prepare reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with mandatory exposure to a Printing or Manufacturing environment.
