We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Business Partner to drive our people strategy across our diverse operating regions. You will be the primary link between our business goals and our workforce, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the talent needed for success. Requirements:
Talent Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and onboarding to managing exits across all operating countries within your scope.
Performance & Discipline: Administer performance management cycles and disciplinary processes, ensuring consistent application of company policy.
HR Compliance: Act as the custodian of labor law compliance, ensuring all practices align with local statutory requirements in every country of operation.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate headcount, attrition, and resource utilization records, providing monthly strategic reports to the leadership team.
Training & Development: Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and coordinate professional development programs to bridge skills gaps and drive organizational growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including HMO and pension schemes, while providing critical inputs for accurate payroll processing.
Culture & Communication: Oversee internal communications and feedback mechanisms to ensure a transparent, engaged, and positive work climate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Sciences discipline. An MBA or MSc is an added advantage.
Professional Certification: CIPM or equivalent professional HR certification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant, hands-on HR experience.
Salary
