We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter/Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position is ideal for an agile talent acquisition professional who excels at finding top-tier candidates across diverse platforms and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every applicant from the first outreach to the final interview.

Requirements:

• Proactive Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies across multiple professional platforms (LinkedIn, niche job boards, networking sites) to identify and attract top talent.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Take full ownership of the hiring lifecycle, including comprehensive candidate screening, shortlisting, and detailed assessments.

• Initial Screening: Conduct high-quality initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, cultural fit, and technical proficiency.

• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain organized documentation of candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven Experience: A demonstrated track record in talent sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.

• Tech Proficiency: Ability to navigate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social networking platforms effectively.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to represent our company brand professionally to potential hires.

• Autonomy: As this is a fully remote role, you must be highly disciplined, organized, and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
