Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic HR/Admin & Operations Officer to serve as the backbone of our organization. This is a multi-faceted role where you will wear three hats: HR professional, office manager, and operations lead. You will be responsible for creating an environment where staff can thrive, processes are streamlined, and the daily business operations run without a hitch. Requirements:
Human Resources Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to performance management, staff development, and employee relations.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline day-to-day office workflows. You will design and implement systems that boost productivity across all departments.
Administrative Leadership: Supervise office logistics, facility management, and supply procurement. You will be the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure the organization adheres to all HR policies, Nigerian labor laws, and internal operational standards.
Data & Documentation: Maintain precise HR databases, attendance records, and personnel files while ensuring complete confidentiality.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare management reports, coordinate key meetings, and oversee company assets to ensure everything is accounted for and well-maintained.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR, Administration, or Operations management. Experience in real estate or media sectors is an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR/administrative management software.
Core Competencies:
Leadership: Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries and company standards.
Strategic Organization: A natural ability to multitask, manage logistics, and pivot between competing priorities without dropping the ball.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Nigerian labor regulations and their application in a modern workplace.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you are comfortable communicating with everyone from junior staff to external stakeholders.
