Requirements:
Strategy & Content Creation
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business goals and brand identity.
Content Production: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories) tailored to specific platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Copywriting: Craft witty, professional, and brand-aligned captions that drive engagement and conversions.
Community Management & Growth
Engagement: Proactively interact with our community, responding to comments and messages to build relationships and brand sentiment.
Growth Hacking: Stay on top of viral trends, hashtags, and industry news to ensure our brand remains relevant and discoverable.
Influencer/Partner Liaison: Identify and coordinate with influencers or partners for collaborations to broaden our reach.
Analytics & Optimization
Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)—including engagement rates, reach, and conversion—using social media analytics tools.
Optimization: Use data insights to refine our content strategy, testing new ideas and optimizing what works best for our audience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for major platforms.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Core Competencies:
Creativity: A "pattern-breaker" mindset; you know what content stops the scroll.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly and jump on trends without losing brand voice.
