Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join the Workforce Group team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong eye for layout, and the ability to turn abstract ideas into beautiful designs, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across various platforms, ensuring that every piece of content whether it’s a social media post, a website asset, or a professional presentation looks sharp, consistent, and engaging.

Requirements:

• Design Creative Assets: Create high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, and corporate presentations.

• Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams to brainstorm design concepts and build cohesive visual campaigns.

• Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure that every project you touch stays true to our brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Project Management: Juggle multiple projects at once, prioritize your tasks effectively, and make sure everything is delivered on time.

• Stay Creative: Keep up with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to keep our visuals fresh and modern.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Technical Skills: You are an expert with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Design Fundamentals: You have a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. You know how to make a design not just look good, but also communicate effectively.

• Portfolio: You have a strong, diverse portfolio that shows your creative range and technical ability.

• Bonus Skills: If you have skills in motion graphics or video editing, please highlight that! It is a major plus for this role.
