We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized Content Creator & Digital Media Executive to take ownership of our brand’s voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.
This is not just a design role it is a strategic position for a well-rounded digital creative who can bridge the gap between creative execution and business growth. If you are a storyteller with a keen eye for design, a master of video editing, and a strategist who knows how to build an engaged community, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
Visual Design & Brand Identity
Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for social media, website, marketing materials, and corporate presentations.
Consistency: Ensure every piece of content—from flyers to banners—adheres strictly to our brand guidelines and elevates our professional image.
Video Production & Storytelling
Production: Capture and edit engaging video content, including site updates, project showcases, promotional reels, and team features.
Editing: Use professional software to craft compelling narratives that highlight our project lifecycle.
Optimization: Adapt video content to perform optimally across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Social Media Strategy & Management
Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and schedule content calendars that align with our quarterly business goals.
Community Engagement: Manage daily interactions, including comments and messages, to build a loyal and professional community.
Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics, track growth, and generate reports to inform our digital strategy and increase brand visibility.
Website & Content Strategy
Digital Maintenance: Keep the company website current by uploading project portfolios, blog posts, and company news.
Strategy: Develop creative concepts for storytelling and brand positioning that set us apart in the construction and architecture space.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in content creation or digital media management.
Technical Mastery:
Design: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
Video: Strong skills in editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
Web: Working knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
Core Competencies:
Visual Storytelling: You have an innate ability to turn technical construction projects into engaging visual stories.
Strategic Mindset: You understand that "creative" must serve the broader business objectives.
