Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HIFU Brand Manager to drive the growth, visibility, and profitability of our HIFU treatment services at Fibroid Care Centre in Abuja. You will lead strategic marketing efforts, patient education, and referral engagement to position HIFU as the leading non-invasive treatment solution in Nigeria.

Requirements:

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, analyze market trends, and meet monthly/annual performance targets.

• Outreach & Advocacy: Organize and deliver high-impact presentations to churches, mosques, and professional associations to build awareness.

• Referral Management: Build and manage relationships with gynecologists, fertility specialists, and hospitals; secure HMO partnerships.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise field marketing officers to ensure efficient and effective operations.

• Performance Tracking: Use CRM systems to track leads, monitor conversion rates (from registration to treatment), and prepare performance dashboards.

• Marketing Campaigns: Create patient-focused content, manage social media, and coordinate participation in health fairs and medical outreaches.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA is a strong advantage).

• Experience: 3–5+ years in brand or product management, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or premium wellness sectors.

• Clinical Knowledge: A solid understanding of medical aesthetic devices, skin physiology, and non-invasive treatments.

• Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability: Monday–Saturday (half-day on Saturdays).
