Job Description:
1. Strategic Business Development
Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities across various regions as part of our nationwide rollout.
Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for potential partners, clients, and stakeholders, turning cold leads into long-term business relationships.
Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and brand loyalty is maintained.
2. Brand Representation & Marketing
Public Face of the Brand: Represent the company at trade shows, regional conferences, and local business forums with high energy and professionalism.
Pitching & Presentations: Deliver articulate and persuasive presentations to high-level decision-makers, clearly communicating the project's value proposition.
On-the-Ground Strategy: Provide real-time feedback from the field to help the central marketing team adjust strategies based on regional market trends.
3. Growth & Performance Tracking
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for new acquisitions and project milestones.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress using CRM tools or structured reporting formats.
Agility: Rapidly adapt to changing project needs and regional requirements while maintaining a "results-first" mindset.
Requirements:
Communication: Must be exceptionally articulate with the ability to simplify complex ideas into "sticky" marketing messages.
Confidence: Comfortable approaching strangers, cold-calling, and leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
Motivation: A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision to hit their targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or field-based business development.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and represent the company across different national zones.
