Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and visually-attuned In-store Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of our Omole Phase 1 showroom. In the specialized landscape of luxury home and garden decor, where fiberglass products like planters and custom furniture are investments in lifestyle, success is defined by "Showroom Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize walk-in hospitality with the clinical precision required for Lead Conversion, Digital Follow-ups (Instagram/WhatsApp), and B2B Outreach. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (assisting showroom customers and closing deals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to develop new business opportunities with interior designers, landscapers, and real estate developers.
Requirements:
1. Experience Orchestration & Product Governance
Showroom Sovereignty: Attend to walk-in customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First-Impression Excellence."
Product Architecture: Promote and sell specialized fiberglass items (planters, pots, custom furniture), providing the "Structural Foundation" for customer selection and satisfaction.
Integrity Stewardship: Support basic marketing activities to drive visibility, ensuring the "Source of Brand Presence" in Omole Phase 1 is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Omnichannel Logic
Conversion Sovereignty: Follow up on inquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls, acting as the primary "Source of Lead Finalization."
Partnership Architecture: Identify and develop opportunities with landscapers and real estate developers, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-volume B2B contracts.
Service Stewardship: Assist clients in selecting suitable products for specific interior or exterior projects, maintaining the "Source of Professional Guidance."
3. Operational Integrity & Regional Power
Regional Sovereignty: Leverage local residency (Ikeja, Omole, Ojodu, Berger) to ensure consistent showroom presence, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Reliability."
Visibility Architecture: Implement showroom-level marketing efforts to attract foot traffic, providing the "Relational Foundation" for community-based sales.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of retail expertise to resolve customer concerns and close sales in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Showroom Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1 - 2 years in retail, showroom sales, or marketing roles.
Domain Power: Strong understanding of Customer Service, Persuasion, and basic retail marketing.
Location: Must reside around Ikeja, Omole, Ojodu, Berger, or nearby areas.
