Job Description:

Cafers is seeking a strategic and high-energy Sales Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts and drive platform adoption. This is a hybrid, high-impact role at the intersection of technology and agriculture. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from initial lead generation among farmers and ecosystem partners to closing high-value deals. If you are an ambitious business development professional who understands how to blend digital marketing creativity with rigorous sales discipline, we want you to help us scale our market presence.

Requirements:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that position Cafers as a leader in the agritech space.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the full sales funnel. Proactively identify, nurture, and close relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, aggregators, distributors, and retailers.

  • Campaign Development: Launch innovative campaigns that drive platform adoption and user engagement across both traditional and digital channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure our messaging is aligned, feature launches are successful, and brand consistency is maintained.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research, segmenting our customer base to refine our value propositions and stay ahead of competitive trends.

  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Set and track ambitious sales/marketing targets, providing clear, data-driven performance reports and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Strong track record in sales, business development, and account management, with proven success in hitting or exceeding revenue targets.

    • Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning (ideally within Tech, Agritech, or SaaS).

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Skilled in digital marketing (Social media, Email, Content) and performance analytics.

    • Familiarity with emerging tech (AI, Blockchain, or platform marketplaces) is a distinct advantage.
