Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Senior Telesales Executive to anchor the growth engine of our sales operations. In a specialized digital landscape where market share is dictated by the speed of trust and the precision of the close success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize persuasive communication with the clinical precision required for Lead Conversion, CRM Discipline, and Strategic Sales Execution. This role is designed for a "Conversion Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (closing complex deals via virtual channels) with the "Strategic Agility" required to mentor junior staff and analyze performance data for process optimization.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Conversion Governance

  • Lead Sovereignty: Manage and convert inbound/outbound leads into paying customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Generation."

  • Strategy Architecture: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable market expansion.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, ensuring the "Source of CRM Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic

  • Closing Sovereignty: Utilize advanced negotiation and persuasion skills to secure deals, acting as the primary "Source of Final Conversion."

  • Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain strong alliances with prospects via phone and virtual channels, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term client value.

  • Feedback Stewardship: Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Process Improvement."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

  • Mentorship Sovereignty: Guide and mentor junior telesales staff to elevate team performance, acting as the primary "Source of Sales Leadership."
