Job Description:

• Our client, a luxury fragrance store located in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a refined and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their team.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about fragrances, possess strong sales acumen, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the premium nature of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized and memorable shopping experience for all customers
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury fragrances, including scent profiles, brands, and layering techniques
• Actively engage customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Stay up to date with new product launches and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fragrance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• A genuine passion for luxury products and customer service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proximity to Victoria Island is an added advantage.
