Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our cross-border payment sales team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and managing a team of 5–10 sales representatives to capture market share among SMEs involved in foreign trade. We need a strategic leader who balances high-level team management with hands-on field engagement. Requirements:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 5–10 Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and high productivity.
Strategic Execution: Develop and implement robust sales strategies targeted at SMEs and traders. Drive acquisition across all channels, including telemarketing, networking, digital platforms, and face-to-face engagements.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, conversion rates, and sales activities daily. Provide the oversight needed to ensure every team member hits their individual and collective targets.
Deal Closure: Actively join field visits to support team members in navigating complex negotiations, overcoming objections, and finalizing high-value deals.
Market Intelligence: Leverage your network and industry analysis to identify new growth corridors. Provide actionable reports on competitor activity and shifting market needs to senior management.
Customer Engagement: Ensure the team delivers consultative solutions, matching our payment and settlement platforms to the unique operational needs of foreign trade businesses.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Associate Degree, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales management with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams to success.
Industry Focus: Proven background in B2B Sales, Fintech, SaaS, Taxation, or Cross-Border Logistics is highly preferred.
