Job Description:

• Are you passionate about customer service, sales support, and building strong client relationships?
• We are looking for a proactive and detail - oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales operations and help deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with order processing and customer follow - up
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist with invoice preparation and sales documentation
• Maintain proper customer records and sales reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery
• Monitor stock availability and communicate updates to customers
• Support relationship - building with pharmacies and retail customers
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any related field
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or pharmaceutical support is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Candididate must reside close to Ojuelegba (Oshodi, Palmgroove, fadeyi, Ijora, Apapa, Ajegnule,Yaba, Ebutte metta).
