Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to anchor the growth engine of our Lagos Island operations. In the specialized landscape of retail and SME banking where financial inclusion is the primary metric of institutional impact success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive customer acquisition with the clinical precision required for KYC Compliance, Deposit Mobilization, and Quality Loan Origination. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (conducting daily market activations and cluster engagements) with the "Analytical Agility" required to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
1. Acquisition Orchestration & Compliance Governance
Customer Sovereignty: Drive aggressive acquisition for savings, current, and fixed deposit products with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Deposit Mobilization."
Documentation Architecture: Ensure accurate customer onboarding and full KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, providing the "Structural Foundation" for regulatory safety.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a high level of professional ethics in all field activities, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Portfolio Logic
Loan Sovereignty: Originate quality loan applications within assigned territories, acting as the primary "Source of Portfolio Growth."
Market Architecture: Conduct daily field visits, SME prospecting, and cluster engagements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for deep market penetration.
Recovery Stewardship: Support loan recovery efforts and monitor portfolio health, maintaining the "Source of Financial Sustainability."
3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power
Target Sovereignty: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Generation."
Reporting Architecture: Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance updates, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven management oversight.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of banking sales expertise to build long-term client relationships and drive referrals, maximizing the "Source of Sales Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Banking, Microfinance, or Financial Services sales.
Domain Power: Strong knowledge of Retail and SME banking products and market dynamics.
