Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Recovery Manager to anchor the financial resilience engine of our institution. In the specialized landscape of modern banking and microfinance, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive collection tactics with the clinical precision required for Portfolio at Risk (PAR) Reduction, Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Mitigation, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for an "Asset Architect" with 7–10 years of experience who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (supervising field collectors and managing delinquent accounts) with the "Analytical Agility" required to collaborate with Credit and Risk teams to minimize total credit losses.
Requirements:
1. Recovery Orchestration & Portfolio Governance
Solvency Sovereignty: Develop and implement high-impact recovery strategies for overdue loans, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Reclamation."
Compliance Architecture: Ensure all recovery activities align strictly with CBN regulations and lending practices, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional safety.
Risk Stewardship: Monitor portfolio performance and provide detailed recovery reports to senior leadership, ensuring the "Source of Financial Visibility" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Collection Logic
Performance Sovereignty: Drive collections performance across all loan segments, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Protection."
Supervisory Architecture: Manage and supervise recovery teams and field collectors, providing the "Leadership Foundation" for high-velocity field operations.
Legal Stewardship: Oversee complex legal recovery and repossession processes, maintaining the "Source of Procedural Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power
Collaboration Sovereignty: Partner with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to refine lending criteria based on recovery data, acting as the primary "Source of Feedback Logic."
Cost Architecture: Optimize the cost of recovery to ensure maximum net returns on delinquent assets, providing the "Fiscal Foundation" for department efficiency.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 7–10 years of microfinance/banking expertise to resolve high-stakes delinquency cases in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput."
