Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Account Officer (Sales) to anchor the revenue engine of our Lagos-based operations. In the specialized landscape of modern business, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive sales targets with the clinical precision required for Account Management, Lead Generation, and Client Retention. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Sales Grit" (identifying new business opportunities and closing deals) with the "Relational Agility" required to maintain elite customer service standards across a diverse portfolio.
Requirements:
1. Growth Orchestration & Market Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Identify and convert new business opportunities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Incremental Revenue."
Portfolio Architecture: Manage existing customer accounts to maximize lifetime value, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable business growth.
Target Stewardship: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Expansion" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Retention Sovereignty: Maintain strong, high-trust relationships with key clients, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Loyalty."
Service Architecture: Ensure excellent customer service delivery at every touchpoint, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand reputation.
Inquiry Stewardship: Resolve client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining the "Source of Relational Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Analysis Sovereignty: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth gaps, acting as the primary "Source of Market Intelligence."
