Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Loan & Marketing Officer to anchor the growth engine of our Central Business District (CBD) operations in Abuja. In the specialized landscape of modern lending and financial services, success is defined by "Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize rigorous loan processing with the clinical precision required for Referral Networking, Cross-Selling, and Market Expansion. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Sales Grit" (marketing products and exploring alternate acquisition channels) with the "Analytical Agility" required to process applications and maintain accurate account records within specified limits.

Requirements:

1. Acquisition Orchestration & Growth Governance

• Market Sovereignty: Market various financial products and develop robust referral networks, acting as the primary "Source of New Business Inflow."

• Channel Architecture: Explore alternate channels to enhance customer acquisition, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable portfolio growth.

• Trust Stewardship: Build and maintain deep relationships with customers, ensuring the "Source of Client Loyalty" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Processing Logic

• Processing Sovereignty: Manage loan applications and documentation within specified limits, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."

• Accuracy Architecture: Maintain and update account records to ensure data integrity, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for institutional compliance.

• Sales Stewardship: Cross-sell products and services to meet and exceed monthly targets, maintaining the "Source of Revenue Throughput."

3. Operational Integrity & Compliance Power

• Legal Sovereignty: Ensure all activities adhere strictly to lending laws, regulations, and company policies, acting as the primary "Source of Procedural Integrity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum qualification of SSCE, HND, or B.Sc. Degree.
