About Company:

We are leading the transformation of a premium, members-only wellness and recreational centre in Asokoro, Abuja, and we are seeking a highly organized Project & Administrative Personal Assistant to support the Lead Consultant.

 

Job Description:

Project Coordination

  • Maintain and manage the master project timeline

  • Track project deadlines, tasks, and deliverables

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions

  • Send timely reminders and follow-ups to relevant stakeholders

Documentation & SOP Support

  • Format, organize, and maintain SOP drafts and project documentation

  • Manage digital filing systems, version control, and document archives

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes

  • Keep project logs, trackers, and checklists up to date

Communication Support

  • Coordinate communication between the Lead Consultant, staff, and vendors

  • Draft clear and structured emails, notices, and project updates

  • Filter and resolve minor issues before escalation

  • Maintain organized contact lists and communication records

Reporting & Tracking

  • Collect weekly updates from operations and project teams

  • Compile status reports, action lists, and follow-up trackers

  • Track incidents, maintenance records, and outstanding deliverables

Administrative Support

  • Arrange meetings and site visit schedules

  • Support recruitment coordination during hiring processes

  • Maintain expense records and supporting documentation for review

Role Scope

  • This is not a personal errand role.

  • You will serve as the backbone of project coordination, ensuring that no task, deadline, or communication falls through the cracks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Officer, or Project Assistant

  • Strong interest in structured work, planning, and organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, email tools, and basic project management platforms

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness

  • Calm, composed personality with the ability to work under pressure

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience in consulting, hospitality, or highly organized work environments is an added advantage

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
