Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Card Personalization Unit Manager to lead our shift operations and production strategy. This is a mission-critical role within our secure facility, responsible for the high-volume issuance of Verve, Mastercard, and Visa credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

You will act as the primary custodian of our personalization throughput and data security. You will manage the entire lifecycle of card production—from data intake and machine optimization to secure data destruction and compliance with PCI-DSS and internal Information Security Policies. If you have 3+ years of experience in a personalization environment and possess the leadership grit to manage multiple shift leads and complex technical machinery, we invite you to lead our production engine.

Requirements:

1. Production Orchestration & Efficiency

• Throughput Leadership: Responsible for the unit's productivity, ensuring the delivery of target cards per hour, shift, and day as approved by management.

• Operational Planning: Partner with Shift Leads to plan daily and weekly operations, ensuring all combo scheme cards and bank requests are processed accurately.

• Maintenance & Optimization: Collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering departments to ensure all PERSO machines operate at peak capacity through rigorous preventative maintenance schedules.

2. Quality Control & Information Security

• Compliance Custodian: Ensure 100% adherence to Quality Control Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Information Security Policies.

• Secure Data Destruction: Oversee the shredding of sensitive data post-delivery, ensuring the Shredded Register is updated and customers are notified of data destruction immediately.

• Audit Readiness: Supervise the completion of Job Movement Registers and ensure all administrative filing of card request and delivery forms is accurate and audit-ready.

3. Leadership, Liaising & Reporting

• Team Development: Supervise and mentor Shift Leads and production staff, holding weekly training sessions and meetings to ensure technical and safety alignment.

• Stakeholder Synergy: Liaise with the Delivery Unit to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and maintain relationships with partners and associated companies.

• Strategic Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly reports on staff performance, unit productivity, and technical research to support management decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within a card personalization or high-security production environment.

• Technical IQ: Solid understanding of card personalization machine operations and a good knowledge of computer systems.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Firm understanding of codes, specifications, and regulations related to the Payment Card Industry (PCI).

• Candidate Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role due to shift-based operational requirements.
