We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• As our Marketing Strategist, you'll lead the thinking behind our campaigns, launches, and growth plans — turning creative vision into structured, data-informed marketing strategies that drive results.
• You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Team, and Founders to refine our positioning, build funnels, optimize conversion, and connect emotionally with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 360° marketing strategies across social, email, paid ads, influencers, partnerships, and web.
• Identify key audience segments and buyer journeys for different product lines and markets.
• Lead campaign planning for launches, promotions, and brand moments with clear KPIs.
• Analyse marketing performance (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV) to refine acquisition and retention tactics.
• Collaborate on messaging frameworks and brand storytelling that resonate globally.
• Research competitors, trends, platforms, and cultural moments to guide brand relevance.
• Work closely with creatives and copywriters to brief and refine content based on strategy.

Requirements:

• 3–5 year’s experience in e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle marketing strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels, content mapping, audience targeting, and brand building.
• Confident working with data and platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working remotely or in agile, start-up-style environments.
• Globally minded and culturally aware — with a passion for fashion, design, and identity.
