Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity Telemarketers (Closers) to join our international sales team. This is a performance-driven role focused on the lucrative U.S. Real Estate Market. You won't just be making calls; you will be navigating complex real estate conversations, qualifying high-value investors, and closing deals that protect and grow wealth.
This role is for the fearless communicator. With a base salary of N300,000 and commissions reaching up to N1,000,000 per deal, we are looking for individuals who can handle 80–100 calls a day with the same level of enthusiasm from the first dial to the last. If you have the diction, the discipline, and the "closer" instinct, this is your path to a global sales career.
Requirements:
1. High-Volume Lead Conversion
Outbound Mastery: Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to property owners and investors within the U.S. market, maintaining high energy and professional diction.
The "Closer" Instinct: Utilize structured sales scripts to move prospects from "curious" to "committed," ensuring a minimum of one closed deal within your first 4 weeks.
CRM Discipline: Manage the sales pipeline with precision, logging every interaction in the CRM to ensure no lead is left behind.
2. Tactical Sales Execution
Objection Handling: Confidently address client inquiries and push past "no" to uncover the underlying needs of U.S. property sellers and buyers.
Global Collaboration: Partner with our U.S.-based operations team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless closing process.
Continuous Optimization: Participate in intensive training sessions to refine your understanding of U.S. real estate trends and advanced closing techniques.
3. Remote Operational Excellence
Tech-Stack Proficiency: Effectively utilize VoIP systems, automated dialers, and CRM tools to maximize your "talk time" and efficiency.
Self-Managed Productivity: Maintain peak performance while working remotely, demonstrating the resilience required to hit weekly and monthly targets without constant supervision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Proven track record in telemarketing, international sales, or real estate calling.
Communication: Exceptional command of the English language with neutral/clear diction suitable for the U.S. market.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, Dialers, and VoIP setups.
Resilience: A "thick skin" for handling objections and the persistence to meet high call-volume targets.
Target-Obsessed: A history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
