Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Marketing & Operations Manager to anchor the dual-engine of our water production facility. In the specialized landscape of the Lagos FMCG sector, success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize strategic market expansion with the clinical precision required for Factory Efficiency, Supply Chain Logistics, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for a "Production Architect" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying new distribution channels and closing key accounts) with the "Operational Agility" required to oversee daily sachet/bottled water output.

Requirements:

1. Market Orchestration & Brand Governance

  • Strategic Sovereignty: Develop and implement high-fidelity marketing plans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Visibility."

  • Distribution Architecture: Identify new market opportunities and customer segments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable sales growth.

  • Account Stewardship: Build and maintain elite relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring the "Source of Market Trust" is uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Production Logic

  • Operational Sovereignty: Oversee the daily water production facility with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Quality and Efficiency."

  • Logistics Architecture: Coordinate production schedules and supply chain workflows, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for uninterrupted product availability.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to NAFDAC, SON, and health/safety regulations, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Integrity."

3. Team Integrity & Performance Power

  • Leadership Sovereignty: Manage and supervise production and delivery teams, acting as the primary "Source of Target Achievement."

  • Market Architecture: Monitor trends and competitor activity in the Iba/Ojo axis, providing the "Visual Foundation" for strategic feedback to management.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of FMCG expertise to streamline factory-to-market transitions, maximizing the "Source of Operational Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years in Marketing or Operations (FMCG or Water/Beverage industry preferred).

  • Education: B.Sc, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Admin, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Regulatory Mastery: Strong knowledge of NAFDAC and SON requirements for drinkable water.

  • Location Scope: Must reside in Iba town or its environs (Ojo Local Government).
