Job Description:

Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Support the management of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Requirements:

Campaign & Content Coordination:

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Help develop marketing content across platforms (social media, email, website, and print).
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely campaign rollout.
• Coordinate with the Content Creator, Digital Marketer, and Brand Assistant to ensure unified messaging.

Social Media Support:

• Support the management of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Source user-generated content (UGC) and behind-the-scenes footage for social media use.
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor platform activities.
• Assist in trend research and provide suggestions for viral and timely content ideas.

Brand Collateral & Events:

• Assist in creating and organizing visual materials such as lookbooks, press kits, and brand decks.
• Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, influencer events, fashion shows, and other brand activations.
• Maintain event checklists, liaise with vendors, and help with setup and branding materials.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Collect insights from past campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Monitor media coverage, influencer activity, and brand mentions across platforms.

Administrative & Cross-functional Support:

• Maintain records of marketing assets, partnerships, and performance data.
• Provide administrative support to the Brand Manager including meeting scheduling, documentation, and vendor follow-ups.
• Help coordinate photo and video shoots—ensuring timelines, products, and models are well-organized.
• Support email marketing by gathering content and proofreading copy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of experience.
