Job Description:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Compliance Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, manage employee relations, and strengthen onboarding and workplace culture.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance management, and employee lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance, punctuality, leave records, and HR task execution.
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support and guidance to employees and line managers.
- Support payroll processing, leave administration, and HR data reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, onboarding experience, training sessions, and internal HR communications.
- Prepare HR operational and compliance reports and support internal audits as required.
- Liaise with Finance, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance, or employee relations.
Salary
