Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate outsourced workforce operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Source, screen, and recruit suitable candidates for client staffing requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, deployment, and orientation processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between outsourced employees, clients, and the organization.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, discipline, and compliance with client and company policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll inputs, leave records, and other HR administrative activities for outsourced staff.
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and updates on staffing activities and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and contractual obligations governing outsourced personnel.
Requirements:

Salary
