We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain SME clients.
- Drive awareness of SME-focused loan products
- Conduct market research to identify SME financing gaps and customer needs
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure conversion into active clients
- Establishing relationship with banks that fund SMEs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, business associations, and local trade groups.
- Following up with customers/prospects’ application at optimal response time
- Interview loan applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of repayment of loans
- Organize SME-focused promotional events, business clinics, and capacity-building sessions.
- Prepare periodic marketing reports and performance reviews on SME portfolio growth
- Ability to meet and exceed targets while actively working to increase business portfolio and client’s base.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
