Job Description:
Archin Unity is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to spearhead our national expansion across Nigeria. This is a high-autonomy, remote-first role designed for a results-driven professional who thrives on building something from the ground up.
Reporting to an international leadership team, you will serve as the primary face of Archin Unity in the Nigerian market. Your mission is to identify high-value partnerships, navigate the local business landscape, and close deals that define our presence in the region. We are looking for "results over checklists"—if you have the grit to drive revenue and the discipline to manage a remote territory, we offer one of the most competitive compensation packages in the market.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Deal Architecture
Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse Nigerian industries.
Strategic Pitching: Represent Archin Unity’s solutions with confidence, tailoring global value propositions to fit local market pain points.
Closing Mastery: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach and lead nurturing to high-value contract negotiation and closing.
2. Relationship Management & Partnerships
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key decision-makers, corporate partners, and ecosystem influencers.
Network Expansion: Leverage your existing professional network to establish Archin Unity as a dominant player in the Nigerian market.
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a professional liaison between the Nigerian business community and our global growth and operations team.
3. Market Intelligence & Remote Operations
Expansion Insights: Provide the international leadership team with critical local market trends and competitor data to guide our product and expansion strategy.
Remote Autonomy: Successfully manage your own schedule and targets, utilizing digital tools to stay synchronized with our global operations.
Growth Reporting: Maintain a transparent record of sales activities and pipeline health, reporting directly to global leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Location: Must be based in Nigeria.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be able to influence and persuade at the C-suite level.
Experience: While experience in Business Development is a plus, we value ambition and a track record of results above specific years of service.
Mindset: Self-driven, comfortable with remote work, and possessing a deep understanding of the Nigerian business environment.
