Job Description:
- The Business Development Specialist is responsible for creating awareness and driving the selling, upselling, and cross-selling of our services to prospective clients.
- This role also focuses on relationship management with existing clients to ensure continued business engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize and pursue business growth opportunities for our company services.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective strategies to increase sales of our services.
- Service Improvement: Enhance the services utilized by existing clientele based on feedback and market trends.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to discover new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaboration with Executives: Work alongside company executives to determine the most viable and cost-effective approaches for pursuing new business ventures.
- Cross-Selling Initiatives: Explore and implement cross-selling opportunities for both new and existing clients.
- Social Media Strategy: Improve our social media presence to effectively promote our services and engage with potential clients.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our services and the capability to effectively sell them.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a numerate or business-related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or Business Development; experience in consulting is a plus.
Salary
