Job Description:

• The Business / Strategy Development Executive will support the identification of new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• The role involves assisting with market research, strategy execution, and preparation of business proposals. This position provides a strong learning platform and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Support the execution of business growth and strategy initiatives.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Provide support to management on strategic planning activities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow into higher responsibility roles.
• Exposure to strategic planning or business analysis is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in business development, strategy, or a related role.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Presentation and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Preferred Industry Background
