Job Description:

• We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Workshop Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations at Nova. 
• As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workshop operations, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Requirements:

• Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workshop operations
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring high-quality production standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality assurance
• Implement safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
