Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, setting the tone for our professional environment. We value individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us while ensuring the daily flow of office communications and guest interactions is handled with excellence.
Requirements:
Front-of-House Management: Welcome clients, vendors, and guests professionally, ensuring they receive a warm and hospitable reception.
Communication Hub: Manage incoming phone calls, route inquiries to the appropriate departments, and handle incoming/outgoing office correspondence.
Office Administration: Assist with basic administrative tasks, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, and ensure that office visitors are properly attended to.
Support & Coordination: Provide support to various team members as needed, contributing to the smooth daily operation of the office.
Qualifications and Skills:

Personal Attributes: Must be highly responsible, hardworking, and possess a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Experience: Previous experience in the real estate sector is considered a significant advantage.
Location: Living on the Lagos Island is considered an added advantage.
