Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Group General Manager to provide strategic leadership across our restaurant portfolio. This is a high-stakes executive role for a seasoned hospitality professional who has mastered the art of balancing premium guest experiences with rigorous operational profitability. You will serve as the chief architect of our group’s performance, steering multiple outlets toward excellence, sustainable growth, and market leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overarching business strategy for the group. You will identify new revenue streams, drive expansion, and ensure every outlet is perfectly aligned with our long-term vision.

  • Operational & Brand Integrity: Champion "operational excellence" across all locations. You will conduct regular site audits, enforce SOPs, and ensure that our brand identity remains consistent and compelling from the kitchen to the customer experience.

  • P&L & Financial Stewardship: Own the financial health of the group. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and intensive cost-control measures (food, labor, and overhead), ensuring every outlet meets its profitability targets.

  • Executive Mentorship: Lead our leadership team (Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and Department Heads). You will build high-performing teams, foster a culture of accountability, and oversee succession planning to ensure long-term stability.

  • Revenue & Marketing Growth: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive footfall, increase average check size, and execute promotional campaigns that keep our brands top-of-mind.

  • Compliance & Supply Chain: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. You will also oversee procurement strategy, negotiating high-value vendor contracts to optimize quality and costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree is highly preferred).

  • Experience: 7–10 years of professional experience in hospitality/restaurant management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Multi-Unit Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant outlets or large-scale hospitality operations simultaneously.

  • Financial Acumen: Deep experience in P&L accountability, financial planning, and operational budget management.

  • Leadership Competencies:

    • Decisiveness: Ability to make complex decisions under extreme pressure.

    • Interpersonal Skills: A master communicator capable of engaging stakeholders, owners, and frontline staff alike.

    • Strategic Vision: Ability to analyze market trends and pivot operations to maintain a competitive edge.
