Job Description:

Are you fascinated by how data travels through the air? We are seeking detail-oriented, physically active, and tech-driven individuals to join our team as Wireless & Radio Officers. This technical role is perfect for students and corps members who want to gain field experience in radio frequency (RF) technology, wireless link installation, and telecommunications infrastructure.

This is a hands-on position. You will work on the front lines of our network, ensuring that our wireless signals are robust, reliable, and optimized for our clients. We offer a structured mentorship environment designed to transition you from classroom theory to practical, real-world engineering.

Requirements:

• Radio Link Installation: Assist in the mounting, alignment, and configuration of wireless radios and antennas.

• Site Surveys & Maintenance: Participate in field visits to conduct signal strength testing, site surveys, and routine maintenance of wireless towers and equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Help diagnose connectivity issues, interference problems, and link failures in the field.

• Technical Learning: Gain hands-on experience with RF propagation, tower climbing (safety permitting/protocol adherence), and ISP infrastructure management.

• Operational Reporting: Assist in documenting site conditions, recording signal data, and maintaining inventory of wireless hardware.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Students: OND and HND students currently requiring Industrial Training (IT) or internship placement.

• SIWES Applicants: Students in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields needing to fulfill mandatory program requirements.

• NYSC Corps Members: Graduates seeking a technical Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) in Lagos (or Abuja).

• Aspiring Telecom Engineers: Anyone with a genuine, demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in wireless networks, radio frequency, or ISP engineering.
