Job Description:
We are seeking a highly responsive, emotionally intelligent, and results-driven WhatsApp Customer Service Executive to join our front-line team. This role is far more than traditional support; it is a high-performance sales position that requires the ability to build trust instantly, provide expert beauty consultations, and convert high-volume inbound leads from advertisements into paid orders.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cosmetics particularly shade matching and can navigate complex customer objections with patience and persuasive flair.
Requirements:
Lead Conversion & Sales
Rapid Response: Manage and respond to all WhatsApp enquiries promptly, ensuring that lead momentum is maintained.
Consultative Selling: Guide customers through our product range, providing expert advice on product selection and precise shade matching for foundations.
Closing & Upselling: Convert daily inbound leads into confirmed orders by handling objections confidently. Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary RLG Cosmetics products.
Follow-Up Discipline: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with interested prospects until a conversion is achieved.
Brand Representation & Operations
Professional Communication: Adhere strictly to approved brand scripts, pricing structures, and delivery policies while maintaining a warm, professional tone.
Escalation & Resolution: Handle customer complaints with emotional intelligence, resolving issues promptly while protecting the brand’s reputation.
Data Management: Keep chat records organized and updated to ensure seamless handovers and accurate sales tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey warmth and expertise through text.
Sales Acumen: A persuasive, sales-oriented mindset that understands how to close deals without being "pushy."
Emotional Intelligence: The patience to handle high daily volumes of diverse customers and the confidence to manage difficult conversations.
Product Knowledge: A strong interest in or knowledge of the beauty industry, particularly in helping customers find the right foundation shades.
Core Attributes: Must be proactive, highly disciplined, and accountable for daily sales targets.
