We are looking for a bright, energetic, and articulate Customer Representative to be the face of our store in Challenge, Ibadan. If you are a smart communicator who takes pride in providing excellent service, managing sales with precision, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers, this is the perfect role for you. This position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain valuable experience in sales, retail operations, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally across multiple channels—including phone, in-store interaction, and social media.

• Sales & Transactions: Efficiently process sales transactions and handle payments, ensuring total accuracy and reliability in financial records.

• Store Excellence: Take pride in your workspace. Ensure the store floor is always clean, organized, and merchandised in a way that provides a great shopping experience.

• Communication: Represent our brand with confidence. Communicate fluently and clearly in English to ensure every customer interaction is positive and effective.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND.

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience; we are looking for a motivated candidate with the right attitude and aptitude.

• Profile: An intelligent, smart, and outspoken lady who is ready to learn and grow.

• Location: Proximity to Challenge, Ibadan is required to ensure reliable attendance.
