Requirements:
Omnichannel Support: Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries across all channels—phone, email, and digital platforms.
Sales & Growth: Proactively identify sales opportunities, recommend tailored product solutions, and assist customers in their purchasing journey.
Order Management: Process orders with high accuracy and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure seamless service delivery.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and lifetime value.
Resolution Excellence: Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
CRM & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of interactions, leads, and sales progress using our CRM and digital engagement tools.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align our service standards with our overall business targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience using CRM systems and digital customer engagement tools.
Tech-savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern workplace digital tools.
