Requirements:

  • Omnichannel Support: Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries across all channels—phone, email, and digital platforms.

  • Sales & Growth: Proactively identify sales opportunities, recommend tailored product solutions, and assist customers in their purchasing journey.

  • Order Management: Process orders with high accuracy and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and lifetime value.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Demonstrated experience using CRM systems and digital customer engagement tools.

    • Tech-savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern workplace digital tools.
