Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and results-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team as the primary engine for our sales funnel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, qualifying leads and turning interest into actionable appointments for our sales team. If you have a strong phone presence, a knack for objection handling, and a desire to work in a target-driven environment where performance is handsomely rewarded, this is the perfect role to showcase your sales and communication talents.

Requirements:

  • Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries with speed and conduct proactive outbound follow-up campaigns. Ensure every lead is tracked and updated in the CRM.

  • Pipeline Qualification: Qualify prospects based on defined criteria to ensure only high-potential leads reach the sales closers.

  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team, maintaining high conversion rates from initial contact to booked appointment.

  • Communication Mastery: Engage prospects across WhatsApp, phone, and email. Build rapport, nurture relationships through consistent follow-up, and provide accurate product/service information.

  • Performance Tracking: Maintain high lead engagement rates. Update CRM records daily and prepare daily/weekly activity reports to track progress toward your targets.

  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer objections with confidence and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or inside sales role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer literacy.

Salary

280,000 / month
