Job Description:

We are seeking a warm, articulate, and strategic Customer Relations Manager to act as the primary bridge between TLP Media and our valued clients. As the first point of contact, you will be the face and voice of our brand, responsible for turning inquiries into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate combines a "customer-first" mindset with the commercial drive to convert prospects into revenue, all while upholding company policies with professional grace. Requirements:

  • Relationship Management: Proactively build and nurture long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with TLP Media.

  • Sales Conversion: Leverage your communication skills to turn client inquiries into paying business. Identify client needs, present our services effectively, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within TLP Media. Collaborate with internal teams to identify service bottlenecks and implement improvements that elevate the overall client experience.

  • Operational Excellence: Enforce company policies firmly yet fairly, ensuring that all interactions maintain a balance between organizational standards and high customer satisfaction.

  • Data & Insights: Maintain meticulous customer records. Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback, market trends, and areas for service growth.

  • Conflict Resolution: Navigate client concerns and challenges with patience, empathy, and professional negotiation skills to ensure win-win resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related high-touch role. Previous experience in media, hospitality, or the service industry is a significant advantage.

Salary

N100,000 Monthly.
