Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to be the voice of our fragrance brand. In this role, you will do more than just answer inquiries; you will be a brand ambassador responsible for crafting memorable customer experiences, driving repeat sales, and building long-term loyalty. Requirements:
Omnichannel Support: Provide exceptional, brand-aligned service across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. Address inquiries and resolve complaints with speed and empathy.
Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order journey—from processing and payment verification to coordinating with logistics and providing customers with proactive, real-time delivery updates.
Sales & Personalization: Go beyond support by acting as a fragrance consultant. Recommend products based on customer preferences, identify upselling opportunities, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
CRM & Relationship Management: Maintain clean and detailed customer records. Implement follow-up routines to ensure customer satisfaction after the purchase and drive brand loyalty.
Social Media Advocacy: Monitor and engage with our online community. Ensure that every comment and direct message reflects our brand’s premium identity and professional standards.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on customer sentiment, response times, and recurring issues, providing actionable feedback to management to help improve our overall service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations. Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, or FMCG is highly preferred.
