Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Warehouse Manager to anchor our distribution engine in Calabar, Cross River. In the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, specifically beverages, success is defined by "Inventory Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize massive stock receipts and dispatches with the clinical precision required for stock control, damage mitigation, and team governance. This role is designed for a "Logistics Architect" with an OND, HND, or BSc who can blend "Operational Grit" (supervising loaders and stockkeepers) with the "Analytical Agility" required to present periodic inventory reports and maintain a "Source of Truth" for order fulfillment.

Requirements:

1. Flow Orchestration & Stock Governance

• Movement Sovereignty: Oversee the high-velocity receipt, storage, and dispatch of beverage assets, ensuring every pallet acts as a "Source of Revenue" for the organization.

• Tracking Architecture: Ensure millimetric inventory tracking and stock control, acting as the primary "Source of Accuracy" for the entire facility.

• Loss Mitigation Logic: Monitor warehouse operations with clinical focus to prevent damage, theft, or discrepancies, ensuring the "Source of Profit" is protected.

2. Team Resilience & Operational Logic

• Supervisory Sovereignty: Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, including stockkeepers and loaders, acting as the "Source of Direction" for daily productivity targets.

• Safety Stewardship: Maintain elite safety standards and operational efficiency, ensuring the workspace remains a "Source of Security" for all personnel and assets.

• Workflow Architecture: Coordinate logistics and ensure timely order fulfillment, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" required to meet market demand.

3. Intelligence Reporting & Resource Power

• Data Sovereignty: Prepare and present periodic inventory and operations reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for supply chain decision-making.

• Relocation Agility: Must be based in Calabar or willing to relocate, ensuring a high-velocity presence at the distribution hub.

• Leadership Power: Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multi-functional teams and handle the high-pressure environment of beverage logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in Warehouse or Logistics Management, ideally within the FMCG or beverage sector.

• Location: Must be based in Calabar or willing to relocate immediately.
